Happy Birthday Stiv (Oct 22, 1949)

Stiv Bator was born on October 22, 1949. Yeah - its a day early, but I can't wait to celebrate. As you have read on this site many times before over the past several months, Stiv was a like a brother to me, and the Dead Boys were the band that really gave me my break in this rock n roll nonsense I can't seem to get away from.

Its strange to think I've outlived Stiv. He was one of those guys who seemed impervious... that only getting hit by a bus....NYC rock babe, Kitty Kowalski visited Stiv's grave and took this photo:
